Services - Alarm Monitoring

- All new clients will have their systems tested and commissioned free of charge -

Basic Monitoring - $8.80 per week

Covers the cost of having an operator to respond to your alarm 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If we receive an alarm event from your premises, we'll either contact the first available person on your contact list or send a patrol officer to your premises, depending on your requirements. Should a patrol attend, a $66.00 fee will apply. If an offence in detected, our operator will immediately notify the Police and inform the nominated after hours contact. If the premises are unable to be resecured, we'll secure it at the clients expense before leaving.

 

Basic ‘Plus Responses' Monitoring - $12.75 per week

Basic Monitoring plus unlimited free alarm responses.

Ideally suited to businesses and holiday homes where it's extremely difficult for the owners to attend themselves.

 

Premium Monitoring - $27.50 per week

Basic Monitoring as above plus:

 

 

  • Unlimited free alarm responses
  • Unlimited access management visits
  • Six monthly system tests
  • Bin recovery service

Again ideally suited for holiday homes, we responded to customer requests to provide a service that gave them complete piece of mind. $5.50 must also be added to this price is bins need to be both put out AND retrieved.

 

 

 

The above prices are for  Dialler based alarm systems only. Dialler systems use your existing telephone line to send alarm and supervisory signals to the Monitoring Station. If the telephone line is cut or otherwise compromised, the alarm may not be able to report to the Monitoring Station. If you or your insurance provider require a higher level of security, please contact us on 1300 47 47 48 to discuss options.

Support Services - Monitoring

Monthly History Printouts - $2.20 per week
You'll be sent a monthly printout of your alarm system history including Arm/Disarm, Test and Alarm Reports.

Access Management Service - $27.50 per visit
A Patrol Officer will be dispatched to your premises to provide access for Contractors, Guests, Deliveries, etc. All visits must be authorised with a valid password and all vistors must contact our office no less than 30 minutes before the visit to confirm our arrival time. The Patrol Officer will not stay any longer than 15 minutes so if more time is required, a Security Guard will be dispatched (4 hr minimum callout and additional charges apply). This service is shared with our Alarm Response service and any Alarm attendance will take priority. Advance bookings for a set date/time will not be accepted for this reason.

 

Periodic Testing - from $3.30 per week
Every 6 months, a Technician will attend your premises to fully test your Security System.
